DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Returns accepted by the merchant are only for defective items. Neither promotional/sale items, underwear nor jewelry can be refunded.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please notify us upon receipt of the package at the address you will find in the "customer service" section, with as much information as possible on the condition of the product. We will then tell you how to return the product. You have up to 14 days to return the package and must return it via colissimo and in its original packaging to the address written on the slip. For orders at a relay point, please arrive before the delivery deadline. If you go there later, the products will not be refunded or exchanged.

You will have to cover the shipping costs related to the return of your items. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transportation. Once we receive the package, it will not include any shipping and handling charges that may appear on the packing slip or invoice. 

When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by email, within 72 hours maximum. If you are entitled to an exchange or refund, we will replace the product. If this is a refund, we will refund the purchase price (to the original payment method).

Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. It may take up to 10 business days after receipt of the product before we see the refund on your statement.
